What can you do to help? We have had several people ask what they can do to help.  Some want to help neighbors others are experiencing similar difficulties with Reynen and Bardis and want to know what to do to help themselves.  Although we can not offer legal advice for your situation.  Below are some of the steps that we have taken and will continue to pursue. Contact the Better Business Bureau - Instead of consolidating our concerns into one case.  The more people the BBB hears from the better.  We contacted them and we received a response from Reynen and Bardis. Reynen and Bardis did not follow through so we have sent additional information to the BBB.  Unfortunately we learned that because Reynen and Bardis responded (even though they did not follow through) then the BBB considers the case close.  Not a very effective system in my opinion.  They did state that if enough people write to them they will open the case back up.  BBB Website   Contact news organizations - RanchMurieta.com - editor@ranchomurieta.com Call 3 - Newsroom number (916) 444-7316 Channel 13 Sacramento Bee Channel 10 River Valley Times - jmunzner@calweb.com   Contact federal, state, and local agencies - > California state contractor license board - This is the government agency that supplies all builders in the state of California with their license. Website Complaint Form > HADD - Homeowners Against Defective Dwellings. > HOBB - Home Owners for Better Building.   Pass out flyers - If you live in a Reynen and Bardis community then passing out flyers directing unhappy homeowners to this website will ensure we will all be heard with one voice.  Here are the flyers that we have passed out to date: Flyer 1   Contact Reynen and Bardis - Contact Reynen and Bardis and let them know of your displeasure with how they are handling the situation with yourself or your neighbors. Contact Info   Picket the sales office - Through our contacts at HOBB we have learned that picketing the sales office can be very effective.  The best times are Saturdays 11 - 2 and on Sundays 1 - 3.  Of course the more the better so if anyone is interested please contact me.   Send this site to everyone you know - Here is a form to send this site
